Mio Go Pedometer Watch

NOTE: The Mio Go Watch is a Pedometer watch only (it does not measure heart rate)

The MIO Go is specially designed to be used with a Walking Program or worn throughout the day. You are able to track your steps, distance, speed and calories. Set personal daily and weekly step goals and track your progress over time.

It stores 7 days of your total workout in its memory and resets itself at midnight.

Be Aware: Because the MIo Go watch is worn on the wrist - It will pick up arm movement and count them as steps such as folding laundry, waving someone goodbye (or hello) or painting a wall! Its does have a six step filration on it but after six continuous movements it will still counting. You do need to be aware of this as it could add an additional 500+ steps that are not real to your daily step count.
When I wear a pedometer watch I always subtract 1000 steps from my total daily steps as I do move my arms around more then most! ;)

MAKE EVERY STEP COUNT

Try setting a daily target step goal to motivate you to move more throughout your day. Aiming towards 10,000 steps a 
day is a healthy and achievable goal.
