Kenz Lifecorder e-STEP Pedometer (Activity Monitor)
Lifecorder e-STEP the economical activity monitor, has the same internal mechanism and accuracy as other lifecorder models, but without a computer download function. Lifecorder e-STEP measures step counts, total calorie expenditure and activity minutes and keeps track of total activity time at moderate or greater levels of intensity in each 24hr period with 7 days memory
Features of the Kenz Lifecorder e-Step Activity Monitor
-
Step Counts: The Lifecorder tracks daily progress toward the 10,000 step. Counts the number of steps up to 99999 steps.
-
Activity Minutes: Keeps track of total physical activity time at moderate or greater levels of intensity in each 24 hour period for 7 days.
-
Calories Burned: Lifecorder displays estimated Basal Metabolic Rate (the calories burned at rest) and Activity Calorie Expenditure (the calories burned from physical activity). Calories burned are estimated based on personal data and recorded activity. Adding these two values with estimated calories burned from micro movement and meal digestion calculates Total Energy Expenditure.
-
7 Day Memory:. Displays include each of the last 7 day's results and the weekly total.
-
Set Up: User information including weight, gender, age, height, stride, calendar and clock are input to personalize each Lifecorder. Calorie expenditure is calculated based on personal information. The units of measurement can be set in inch/pound or metric.
Lifecorders Activity Monitors are more accurate, especially with elderly and obese people, unlike a pedometer there are no moving parts and placement on the waistband doesn’t need to be as exact as required by pendulum pedometers. The Lifecorders ceramic bar detects gravity & generates electric frequency so it records physical activity intensity, not just steps.
What makes the Kenz Lifecorder Activity Monitors so special?
Lifecorder technology uses a solid state medical-grade sensor and digital filtering to deliver extremely accurate results. Unlike pendulum sensor pedometer, the Lifecorder filters out motion and vibration and only counts real steps. It also measures the Intensity of physical activity and accurately records how much time is spent at moderate or greater intensity level activities.
