ALL our orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. This also includes bulk pedometer orders. Should there be an unexpected delay we will always contact you to let you know what the problem is via email or phone.
Any orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the following business day.

You can select your Postage method at checkout OR you can select 'Calculate Shipping ' at anytime from your shopping cart.
Due to the nature of the product we sell we choose to use Australia Post Express post bags for all orders within Australia, ensuring fast delivery within 1-3 business days (subject to Postcode). This we can track your order.
Choice of how your order is delivered
Our minimum postage and handling fee is $ 7.00 ( Australia Post Express Bag) for as many items as you choose when using our online facilities.
You can also select:
Australian Air Express overnight satchel (PO Boxes are permitted)
Star Track Express overnight satchel (ONLY Business delivery addresses permitted - No residential or PO Boxes)
International Postage Overseas & New Zealand: Your order will be sent ‘REGISTERED Air Mail’ via Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Allow at least 10 business days for delivery and your parcel must be signed for.
Fedex facilities are available- please email us for further details.
Please note: All shipping services we offer do not include weekend delivery.
Duties and Taxes

Returns/Exchanges
If you would like to return an unwanted gift/item we will be happy to accept it back for exchange or refund (less postage) as long as its unopened and as received.
You must phone or email us first to see if you can return/exchange your purchase.
Please note: Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable.
